MEET YOUR CATERING TEAM

Your catering leads come directly from our Little Man Ice Cream locations! We look for individuals that excel within their own stores, have a proven track record of reliability, are adaptable in high stress situations, excel in customer service, and LOVE what they do. They typically work at their stores for 2-4 years then begin shadowing existing catering leads. From there, they are booked as a catering lead assistant until they are approved to manage their own events. All this to say, your events are in GREAT hands (and scoops).

“The ice cream was a huge hit at our wedding – no one missed the traditional wedding cake at all!”
