Little Man Ice Cream is all about the
EXPERIENCE! The experience will be
one of pure nostalgia nestled in the 21st
Century. Little Man Ice Cream seeks to
build on the time honored tradition of the
neighborhood ice cream store and add
back the WOW of enjoying your ice cream
dwarfed by a 1928 vintage-style Cream
Can. In the 1920's, 30's, and 40's unique
American food concepts like Donuts, Hot
Dogs or Ice Cream were celebrated and
memorialized by roadside monuments
built to expand on the food experience
itself. If you could enjoy a great hot dog...
in a forty-foot-long hot dog, how could it
get any better?!This experience will be
reminiscent of the era of Route 66 and
town squares, county fairs and
amusement parks... like our own Elitch
Gardens in her heyday.

From the great flavors of our
homemade ice creams & hand-
mixed sodas, to the smell of fresh
waffle cones being made on-site,
mixed with the sound of music from
classic cartoons, all in a setting
reminiscent of the past. Our goal is
to provide some of the best
homemade ice cream in the city – an
experience that grandparents to
toddlers will remember forever.
Inspiration for this project came from
Paul Tamburello's own past, his
grandfather owned a novelty and ice
cream store in Chicago in the 1930's.
